History

IT Mallorca Unique Spaces was founded by the entrepreneur Miguel Conde in 2011 when he opened the Boutique Hotel Can Cera. Other openings of hotels followed in later years and together they today form the group IT Mallorca. Miguel and his architect wife, Cristina Marti, are responsible for the renovation and redecoration of our spaces and Susana Tejada, a passionate hospitality leader, who has been working for over 20 years in the luxury boutique hotel sector and has been responsible for the operational openings of all the group’s hotels since 2011, is currently the General Manager of the company.

We have been pioneers in opening this type of establishment in Palma and have always opted to renovate buildings of great historical interest with the aim of giving locals back the unique architectural spaces that formed part of their past. Places mirroring our love for design and art
